For me, real estate has always been about more than the transaction. It’s about making sure my clients understand what’s happening, know what to expect, and feel like they have someone in their corner from beginning to end.

I’ve called Northwest Florida home for more than 30 years, raised my two daughters here, and built a life around the communities and lifestyle that make this area special. Today, as a REALTOR® with ERA American Real Estate, I primarily serve Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, and Destin, with additional experience in Crestview and communities including Bluewater Bay, Lakeside, Cessna Landing, and Redstone Commons.

I became a REALTOR® in 2019 and have since closed more than 30 transactions representing over $15 million in career sales. For the past three years, I’ve ranked among the top 15% of the ERA American Real Estate sales force. I primarily work with sellers and have experience with both primary residences and investment properties. I’m also a Distinctive Properties Specialist and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

One of the things I’m most proud of is that more than 90% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. To me, that says more than any sales number ever could. I want people to feel comfortable calling me, asking questions, and knowing they’ll get an honest answer without pressure. Communication is a huge part of how I work, including regular updates throughout the process so my clients aren’t left wondering what comes next.

Before real estate, I spent more than 25 years in healthcare leadership, managing complex operations, contracts, negotiations, and plenty of situations that required quick thinking and working with many different personalities. That experience translated naturally into real estate. When challenges arise during a transaction, I know how to assess the situation, communicate with the people involved, and keep working toward a solution.

My connection to the military community is personal as well. I’m the wife of a retired Air Force fighter pilot and the daughter of a retired Chief Master Sergeant, so I understand the realities that come with military life and relocation.

Outside of real estate, Northwest Florida is simply home. My church is here, I love hiking and spending time at the beach, and I have a soft spot for senior dogs. I adopt older dogs who need a second chance and give them a place to call home.
